Dreams Within Daydreams

For the last couple of days, I have been seeing Nepal in my dreams. Either I’m trekking to Annapurna base camp or just chilling at a cafe watching the icy peaks of mighty mountains.

However, Moina gave me a reality check about our financial situations. He said, “well, we don’t have any money for this and you are not even earning.” It hurt me honestly. Cried and fell asleep. But he is not wrong. Only people with favourable passports (just trying to be polite but you know what I mean) or dad’s credit card can travel whenever and wherever they want. Even though I desire to visit Nepal this year and my desperation somewhat going through the roof, I cannot with no money.

The influencers who say “just travel the world and live your life” completely minus the fact that there are individuals with weak passport and weaker pocket. There are people who want to but scared of dreaming big.

Did I lose hope of travelling anytime soon? I think I did. Yet, I don’t want my dreams of Nepal to stop coming. I like living that faction of realistic unreal moments of travelling to the place I always desired.
